Young Marine's Lifesaving Second Degree Ribbon Unit (#1346) -Awarded to any person who, while serving in any capacity as a Young Marine, distinguishes himself/herself by heroism for acts of lifesaving, or attempted lifesaving with limited life-threatening risk to one’s own life for the benefit of another human being.
